Privacy Notice

Triqova is a creative technology company based in Tarlac, Philippines. For the details described here, we are the personal information controller.

For any privacy question or request, email info@triqova.com. We reply within 24 hours.

When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your company name if you give it, the service you're interested in, your message, and your consent to be contacted.

To protect the form from abuse, the server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is held in memory for a few minutes and not stored.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We use your details only to read and answer your inquiry, and to continue the conversation you started.

We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@triqova.com; we will then stop contacting you and delete your inquiry.

When you press Send, your message is delivered by email to our inbox through Brevo, our email delivery provider, and Brevo sends you a confirmation email.

Submissions are not saved in a database. The website itself is hosted by Netlify.

This site's typeface, Articulat CF, is served by Adobe Fonts (Typekit). When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Adobe's servers (use.typekit.net), so Adobe receives your IP address and basic browser details.

Adobe also records each page view through p.typekit.net to count font usage for licensing. Adobe Fonts does not set cookies for this.

We keep inquiry emails, both the notification in our inbox and the reply thread with you, for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then delete them.

If your inquiry becomes a project, it moves to that project's records and follows the terms of our engagement.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time by emailing info@triqova.com.

Brevo delivers the emails and keeps its own delivery logs under its privacy policy. Netlify hosts the website and runs the form on its servers. Adobe Fonts serves the typeface. Our email provider stores our inbox.

These providers may process data outside the Philippines. We use them only for the purposes above.

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to object to its processing, to have it corrected, erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages.

To use any of these rights, email info@triqova.com. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
